ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
McDougall Energy is looking for an outgoing, collaborative, detail oriented organized individual to occupy
the position of Corporate Retail Support. Reporting to the Operations Manager, Corporate Retail, the
Corporate Retail Support position will interface directly with our Corporate Retail team, currently located
across several geographical areas. The position will support in the areas of budget reporting, inventory
control, technical assistance, and site inspections, all with a focus on increasing sales. This role is
responsible for:
 Ensuring the retail sites adhere to the established processes, procedures, and controls
 Working within our ERP system (Epicor) to generate various reports and complete cash
reconciliations for retail locations
 Collecting weekly sales from each site, monitoring variances and completing follow-ups and reporting
to management as necessary
 Supporting with daily/weekly/monthly inventory counts and reconciliation processes to ensure
inventory counts are complete while investigating variances and reviewing inventory turns and
shrinkage
 Generating monthly inventory valuation reports for Finance
 Daily creation and management of Purchase Orders for all Corporate Sites
 Assisting with managing and reviewing of monthly site expense invoices
 Providing technical assistance to our retail sites for our Point of Sale and back-office systems
 Tracking all required documentation from retail sites and following up to ensure completion

ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate will have:
 Minimum two years’ experience providing technical support or customer service
 Knowledge of and experience working with budgets and inventory management processes
 A general awareness of financial reporting elements is considered an asset
 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
 Demonstrated ability to work with large volumes of data; strong attention to detail
 Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills; committed to deadlines
 Demonstrated understanding of inventory reconciliation and ability to investigate variances
 Excellent customer service, time management and organization skills
 Ability to work independently and in a team environment
 Knowledge of the industry an asset
